Every residence has two car spaces in a private, secure basement, with storage and its own staircase up into the home. Visitor parking is also provided.
How many levels are the residences?
Each residence spans three levels: a private basement with parking and storage, and two levels of living above, connected by your own staircase.
Are the homes quiet?
Yes. The residences face inward to landscaped gardens rather than the street, and are built in full concrete construction with a concrete slab between levels, which helps keep sound out.

How do I get to the Sydney CBD from Allura Hills?
Direct buses to the city run from the bus stop at Grove Square, about 200 m away. Castle Hill Metro and Norwest Metro are each about 10 minutes by car, with Metro trains to Chatswood and the city.

Baulkham Hills High School is about 1 km away and was the top performing coeducational selective high school in NSW in the 2025 HSC (entry is through the NSW selective placement test).
