Collection notice

When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect your name and email address, and any mobile number, message and residence preference you choose to give us. We use these details to send you information you ask for, such as the price guide and floor plans, to arrange private appointments, to answer your questions and to keep a record of our dealings with you.

If you do not give us your name and email address, we cannot respond to your enquiry. Your mobile number is optional.

Your details are seen only by the Allura Hills sales team and the service providers that run this website and our email. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. You can ask to see or correct your information, or make a complaint, as explained below.

  • Enquiry consent (required). By ticking the box on the enquiry form, you agree to us collecting and using your details to respond to your enquiry, as described in this policy.
  • News and updates (optional). We will only send you marketing news about Allura Hills if you tick the separate, optional box. It is never ticked for you.
  • Changing your mind. You can withdraw either consent at any time by emailing us or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Withdrawing your enquiry consent means we will stop contacting you about your enquiry.

What we collect

  • Details you give us: name, email address, and optionally your mobile number, residence preference and message.
  • How you found us: the page you first visited, the website or advert that referred you (for example a Facebook or Google advert), and the date and time of your enquiry.
  • Technical information: our website host keeps standard server records such as IP addresses and browser types to keep the site secure and working.

We do not ask for sensitive information, and we ask you not to include any in your message.

How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and send the price guide, floor plans and other information you request.
  • To arrange and confirm private appointments.
  • To follow up on your interest in a residence and manage any sale.
  • To understand which adverts and pages bring us enquiries, so we can improve our marketing.
  • With your separate consent, to send you occasional news about Allura Hills.

Who we share it with

  • The Allura Hills sales team and our professional advisers, such as our solicitors, when this is needed to deal with your enquiry or a sale.
  • Netlify, which hosts this website and stores enquiry form submissions.
  • Resend, which delivers our confirmation emails, and Google, which provides our email service.
  • If we switch on advertising measurement, Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This website will show a notice with an opt out before these tools are used.

We never sell your personal information. These providers may store information in the United States and other countries. We choose established providers with security programs suited to the information they hold.

Data storage, security and retention

  • Enquiries are stored in our website host's secure form records and in our business email account, both protected by passwords and limited to people who need them.
  • This website uses HTTPS encryption.
  • We keep enquiry records while the residences are being sold and for up to two years after the final settlement, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. After that we delete them.
  • If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we switch on Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel, we will show a notice when you visit, and you can opt out at any time through that notice, by clearing your cookies, or in your Google and Meta advertising settings. The site stores small, temporary records in your browser to remember which residence you were looking at and which advert brought you to us.

Marketing emails

Confirmation emails and replies to your enquiry are not marketing. Any marketing email we send will identify Allura Hills and include a simple way to unsubscribe, in line with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or make a privacy complaint by emailing hitenjagdale@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
